Following successful completion of Battersea Studios Phase 1 (60,000 sq.ft. fully let) Helical Bar are now developing: PHASE 2
A new 52,000 sq,ft. office building, within the studio estate. Arranged over five floors and complemented by 50 parking spaces it is due for completion in Summer 2009.
